Steve is an experienced commercial lawyer with significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, intellectual property, and other commercial contracts. He has held numerous non-executive roles, including one with MDF Recovery dating back to 2018. Steve became a Director of MDF Recovery in 2024.
